Last May we redeemed some credit card awards points for Family 2-Day Passes to Dreamworld and White Water World on the Gold Coast. And last week, we went!!! :D We were all SO excited. I hadn't been in 13 years, and it's grown and changed so much. How wonderful to build up the suspense and wonder for 7 months!

William got rather wet on the Rapids Ride (sorry buddy)...
... and much preferred the Vintage Cars! I believe on Day 2 he and Stuart went around the track 6 times while I took the big two kids on the Log Ride. ;)
Wiggles World was great.
The beautiful tigers. I just loved this white one, sleeping in the shade.
This ball pit was AWESOME! 2 whole storeys, vacuums and machines and hundreds of coloured balls. Fun for the kids and for us!
We had the most wonderful time. This was a big holiday for us. We don't do holidays often, so they are very special times. It's nice to be home again this week, but we're all enjoying the great memories of our week away last week too. :)

Dream world is great isn't it? My son was just tall enough to go on the big rides when we went there. The photo of him on the giant drop thing was amazing - he looked terrified but loved it. I kept my feet on solid ground! My favourite park though was Seaworld - the balance of animals, shows and rides seemed just right!
What fun! Thanks for sharing your dose of sunshine with us...currently it is snow covered and rather bleak here in New England.

We haven't been to Dreamworld since just before we moved down here - it looks like it's changed even since then!
I remember going on the log ride with my cousins when I was in preschool - just a 'few'years ago ;)
