So, what do you think of this new blog look? I am feeling a bit inspired to do all sorts of Spring-cleaning with this warmer weather we've been having.......... and I couldn't leave my blog out. This look is fresher, less "cosy" I guess. I'm not sure what I think though.

Personnally, I love this background! But I suppose I might be slightly baised at this point.
I've enjoyed reading your blog over the last few days, since I found your comment on my blog. As I was gone for most of the time, however, it kept me from commenting here.
I love the life that you describe, and your children are so adorable! There was a picture of Saraya a while back that made me smile as I have a picture of one of my foster sisters wearing very similiar clothes and doing much the same! (Only, the little girl was native, so she has very dark hair, unlike your children!)
I'm definitely coming back to read more- it is very relaxing to read your blog. Rather like snuggling up with a cup of tea and blanket in front of a nice fire. (Once again, our seasons are switched!)

Well...I do copy your blog ideas - so guess it's appropriate that you copy my blog background ;-) I doubt you've checked my blog, but I changed it to this background about 2 days ago! hehehe.
With no particular bias, or maybe I'm just used to the other one, I think I prefer the cosier blue still.
I love this blog background too. My old background was a variation on it. I find it very soothing and restful.
I think that defining the must-do tasks, and not worrying about the rest is a great strategy. In my "Inside the Guide" series of articles, I gave my readers this same advice.

I just love your little life stories and thoughts, and seeing all of again is so wonderful as you are so dearly missed.
I'd bee keeping a blog for quite some time now on Fashion and Photography but have recently been blogging about my new life out of home.
I moved out of beautiful little Balmoral St about 6 weeks ago now, Moorooka is where i sleep these days with 3 roomates and wonderful friends.
I miss home but am loving the spare time to myself to study and catch up with everybody.
