"Oh yes, we remember him!"

Yesterday (Saturday), Stuart donned his mane for rehearsals from 9am until 5:30pm.

But today, he was actually home,  present for the all-important role of husband to me and father to 3 little children who have been missing him very much!

This morning we took the liberty of sleeping in, reading the newspaper, having cups of tea, pottering about playing with the children, and generally just enjoying the currently rare experience of being home together.

This afternoon we headed up to Hervey Bay for lunch, a bit of shopping (I found lots of little things for the children on clearance racks at Target- yay!), and spent a couple of hours swimming at the aquatic centre.  It was wonderful.

My little fish Saraya LOVED the water-slide!  She's just started swimming lessons this term too, just to get some *technique* into that enthusiastic little body. :)

Today I feel very thankful for some great family time.  Makes me appreciate Stu and the children even more!
